It does best in full sun and is an absolute mass of blooms which I found
fragrant and enchanting. It is medium yellow which fades to primrose as
it ages and grew them as fence high shrubs--simply cutting them off at
the top of the fence. It has large loose hybrid tea form and I never
had mine succumb to cold, heat, dryness, or black spot or mildew despite
terrible problems with my other roses. I gave mine (six of them so it
wasn't a fluke) a cupful of Osmocote each spring and watered when it was
excessively dry andwas rewarded with literally hundres of blooms. I
can't recommend it highly. It surely is more reliable than the David
Austins or any other yellow rose I know of.
