Michelle,
Your "Bessie DuVaul" rose may need some
support to keep her from "draping" on the
ground, thought sometimes this is their charm.
Perhaps trimming (after blooming) the off
"gangly" canes will help. Sounds like a good
canidate for pegging, if you have the room.
