[Rose-list] Mint

Joanie,

here in KY, we use "Kentucky Mint". Don't have the particular latin name,
but it's the only mint to use in Mint Julips as well as iced tea. Imparts
a mellow mint flavor that doesn't have the piney overtones that some have.

I've tried the pineapple mint, the apple, orange, and lemon. None of which
was particularly strong and sort of tasted "vegetative", almost like I put
some grass into my tea. And I'm very particular about my iced tea (being
close to the South).
