RE: [Rose-list] was: hardiness/now vegative reproduction


You know, I'm not sure.  I've never tried it, and he just plays at it.  For
good results, I'd consult a book or someone who has tried this in your area.
We are in Oregon, and we get a few hot days, but not like you by any means.
You might have to tip the jar open on the hot days, like you open a
greenhouse.  I know he grows them in a bed just for this, so not in shade,
and not where you want them to grow eventually.

Anyone else out there in hot conditions know some "home grown" methods?

For mine is a little old fashioned garden where the flowers come
together to praise the Lord and teach all who look upon them to do
likewise.
