[Rose-list] Grand theft

Speaking of theft, a few years ago, while I was working at a furniture
showroom, the owner decided to relandscape the front of the business.
He spent a fortune having brick walkways, boulders and speciman plants
put in. At the center of it all, was a lovely Chinese  Red Leaf  Maple.
The very next morning, when we all arrived to work, all that was left
was the hole where it had been planted!  Can you imagine??  I bet the
person doesn't get a whole lot of pleasure when he looks at it!
