Hello all! It's good to find a mailing list dedicated to us rose lovers!! *HUGS* Anyway, I have three rose bushes in containers on my deck (half barrel size) and was wondering what I need to do with them over the winter. Living is Dallas might make the process of wintering the roses a bit tricky, and this is my first year with them. We had our first freeze a few nights ago, but the days are still up in the 50's. Do I need to cut them back? Do I need to cover them? Do I need to mulch around the base of the plants? Do I need to move them to the garage? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Teresa Magnuson Dallas, Texas
