Hi Carleen,
Thats interesting about the Portlands.I wonder why they like Australia? Yes
my other roses are doing well.I dont think Charlie is mislabelled as I
bought it at a reputable rose nursery, whom I have dealt with many times. But
I guess its possible.I fertilise with different things.Usually whatever is
recommended at the time. What do you suggest? You'll love the Malmaison when
it really gets going.Mine is doing wonderfully well now after a very slow
start. The blooms are exquisite. The most gorgeous pale pink.
Thankyou for the spray recipe.I will try it right away as the mildew gets
bad here in the summer. The "Sweet Jessica" has been a delight all along.Just
blooms and blooms. Also "heritage".I love that one.Does anyone have "Fantin
Latour"? I believe its gorgeous. Also another problem."cymbeline" is out of
control, just spiralling out everywhere. No Blooms for ages.Should I cut it
back hard?
Bye for now
Mia
