I don't think the season difference right now would cause you any
problems. Right now we are just in a cool fall, about 50 degree
days. I have propagated cutting from spring to fall. My biggest
down fall, appears to be a suitable place to store my fresh cuttings.
They like a cool, but not cold; shady place where I will remember
to water.

I was just throwing out some of my summer cuttings that were
dead looking on the tops and was surprised that they had many
good roots. Brother. I don't know that they where "thriving" as I
haven't played all that long with this yet.

I dip my cuttings in "Rootone", place them in potting soil in
Styrofoam cups, water, cover with saran or plastic dome. In the
summer I have stored these cuttings on shady side of house. (Now that
it's cool weather for us, I have brought them into an unheated room.)

My bigger concerns are getting them safely and legally to ya in
Australia. Wouldn't want to "introduce" anything nasty into
Australia.

Anyone on the list have any input here ?

Plus I have no idea how much postage would run. Usually a small
package to most anywhere in the US has run me about $3. and
about 3-5 days. The cuttings would be about 5-6 inches long,
wrapped up would then be about the size of a hot-dog in a bun. :-)

Any idea how much it might cost ?
And how long it would take ?
