Hi, Elle:

I didn't know that you could keep roses in pots for a year or two. What size
pots? What soil medium do you use? Were any of them inside during the winter?
Wonder if I could buy from HOGR and keep them indoors for their first winter?
I've heard that the mini's one can buy at grocery stores, etc., don't do well
over the long haul inside and tend to get buggy, so I assumed this would be
true for all roses.

Any comments anyone? This would be a great way for northern gardeners to buy
those tiny roses from Heirloom Old Garden Roses (HOGR) and take advantage of
their enormous selection.

Also, Elle...what's the rose Jude the Obscure like?

Thanks,

Joanie
