Hi!

At this time every year I have a huge problem with black spot.  I just don't
know what to do.  The mini's are the worst.  I spray (I can't think of the
chemical right now) once a week, remove as many of the affected leaves as I
can, but it just doesn't help.  HELP!

I live in zone 5 in Maine on the ocean.  Can I cut back the mini's to the
ground now without a problem?  Any help will be appreciated.
