Interesting on the potted roses...how did you care for them during the 
winter? Maybe
this would work for me in a very sheltered spot with lots of aged manure 
heaped up around the pots. I love the selection at HOGR and have to find a 
way around this Z.5a of mine to avoid the summer bugs that devour the baby 
leaves before they get a chance to grow.
