Hi Jim
dont worry this is as easy as pie
In your autumn/fall - can you wait that long??? or is that now?
take cuttings the thickness of a pencil or slightly larger and about 1foot
long. with a few leaves on.
in a largeish pot place good quality potting mix and wet it till water runs
out the bottom.
just before putting the cuttings into the potting mix cut the ends dip them
in water and then in hormone mixture or honey and place them in the pot
about about 1/3rd in - 4 inches in.
leave the pot outside in a cool not full sun not frosty position and make
sure that it never dries out. by spring you will have nearly all the
cuttings with little leaves on and then you can gently take them apart and
pot them up.
hope this helps
Hazel
