Hi I have found a good book for beggining rose gardeners it is called "ROSES FOR DUMMIES" yes that is right it is from the same people who brought us all of those computer books. It is well organized and I am working my way through it slowly I do not have much time to read. I am in need of some help from everyone I need to know what kind of roses I have in my garden yes that is right when I planted them I never saved the names . I did not know just how many types of roses there were. so I have three climbers two have pink flowers with a beautiful strong scent. the other has red flowers and a a very slight scent. the pink ones after the rose is gone develop hips the red one does not I also planted four bushes one I think is called "love" the others I have no idea only three have bloomed so far this year I will get more details when I see the actual flowers again because three have more blooms on them . they are all doing well this is thier first season and two bushes are in their second bloom. one came back for me nicely it was nothing but a twig when I planted it and now it has leaves and a bud on it hopefully it will bloom before is freezes here (I am in SE Wisconsin) let me know If anyone has any idea what I have here. I have tryed looking in a rose encyclopedia but it did not help much . I know I have learned my leason the next time I plant anything I will write down the name of the rose and when i planted it and where. THANKS SUE
