Patti,
It's just starting to cool here for a few days.
I was told that it's a good idea to "cut around the rose roots" with
your shovel (about were you will be digging up the rose) and water
well, several days to a week before you move them. I didn't have time
when I moved a several of mine, but it sounds good.
How many roses are you moving ?
