Hermine, if you were to enclose seeds with a nice friendly letter, I am
sure there would be no hassle, or need for a health certificate. They
target seeds from commercial outlets. And you are right - those of us who
wish to lawfully pursue a lawful hobby get clobbered, while those who wish
to pursue unlawful hobbies often get away scot free!!!!!

Autumn is definitely here today - a decided nip in the air.
