Cold Hardy Sansevierias?

There aren't any. All species of Sansevieria are found in the tropics and none wander into high mountains.
 
Sansevieria volkensii Guerke was described from plant found in Tanzania at the foot of Kilamanjaro but it does not grow on the mountain itself.
 
Even Sans.hyacinthoides and Sans.aethiopica completely avoid the colder parts of South Africa.
