the revised edition is in the worlds. and i have colour scannings of big
things and a kinds of stuff and things. as i said, a carton of 500 of the
orig books vanished. i do not know how anyone would have tossed them, but
things happen. and for the life of me i have torn two houses apart looking
for it. to no avail.
