[SANS] Sansevieria from Somalia.

Hello:

If this sansevieria is from Somalia, it is, no doubt Sansevieria
hargeisana, which I described, previously known as Sansevieria sp.
'Somalia' (clones A and B). This same plant, Matts Thulin insists, is
Sansevieria phillipsiae. However, our Sansevieria phillipsiae (Hort.) is a
different plant.

It comes from the northern part of Somalia, from the area of Hargeisa, the
capital of the then Somaliland, or English Somalia.

The plants shows signs of lack of light in that it is etiolated, the leaves
are lengthy and flop, and has not very distinct markings.

Do you happen to have collection data for this plant? ( who, when and where
collected?)
Please let me know.

Hope this answer your question.

Juan
