This is an excellent idea. where you will have the time to moderate
this...i could use the secret! Onelist is very user-friendly and
flexible.  When you hang out in plant groups with wanky taxonomy, and
bamboo is far worse...it loses its charm in a hurry. it is the kind of work
i want somebody else to do, and then tell me about it so i get my names
right.  to some, it is everything; an orchid grower once told me, as he
trashed a seedling, that an orchid without a name is less than a
weed.   since we are not breeding racehorses, i do not agree with this
orthodoxy.

so i think this is a great idea.

ps...when the official bamboo list got an attitude, i started a Onelist
bamboo list, but i said, i am not going to weed or moderate this. take it
and go crazy in your own way. it took 4 seconds to establish, and last time
i looked ...i think my husband had joined.
