problems with Sans. schweinfurthii

Hi Group,

For some time I've been having trouble with the leaf tips on my S.
schweinfurthii (erythraeae?) dying back, first turning yellow, then
whithering to brown.  Meanwhile, the plant still grows well, putting out new
leaves and pups regularly.

Has anyone else had this problem?  What gives?  Any clues as to how to stop
it?
