Steve,
Your summary is correct except for "sensu Grigsby". It should read "sensu
Bleck". Grigsby never called the plant anything other than S. singularis x
trifasciata.
On the other hand John Bleck identified it as S. stuckyi.
No I have never seen in it bloom and perhaps I should plant it in the ground
so that it flowers. I have three pinguiculas flowering right now. Can't wait
to make crossings.
The hybrids I found were crossings of S. fischeri and S. intermedia or
viceversa.
I found three distinclty different ones and they are all alive, none of them
having flowered yet. All of them have leaves of relatively uniform shape as
opposed to Leopard Bat which, at least for me produces leaves of haphazard
shape. So they are quite different (within reason) to the latter.
Steve, my friend, if you are not producing a monograph on Sansevierias, you
are doing a wonderful job suggesting otherwise! I'll be glad to help if I
can.
Cheers,
Juan
