BETTER THAN MOST! i am relocating! i would asume you got ancient or sterile
seed, when you got zero germination. i have never had seed that i sowed in
the propagation greenhouse, (soil temp at least 80 degrees, constant
humidity)...and i should get your results... but your seeds results should
tell you that your timing on the cuttings that you mention will probably be
better than all of us and that we all should relocate at once.
