He is no longer living. Kew Gardens got some of his plants, in an adanced
state of neglect according to Dr Holttum, who is, alas, no longer living
either. I am going to send the name and info about the printer to a
botanist buddy in Germany to see what he sez about all this. he is also
published and should know what one may do ethically to make this available,
if it can be done.
