Hi Steve,
I may have that Sans. 'McLoughlin' under the label "Abbey 71-622". Looks
like phillipsiae, but the leaves are rough, stems are tall (so it has more
leaves per growth) and it offsets basally.
So what is it really? I've been assuming it was some garden hybrid with
phillipsiae as a parent.
