eilensis the same as sp. eyl?  My guess is yes but I've heard stories of
little plants in this group that seem different than each other.  From
looking at Steve's species list in the archives, I would say that these
two are one and the same. Steve also wrote up a nice exerpt on July 14th
1999 for this plant and it can be found in the archives.

Fast growing species: non variegated trifasciata types, parva,
cylindrica, suffruticosa and types.  All these seem to grow pretty good
for me.  Many others I'm sure.  Maybe the question goes back to which
are the slow growers.
