[cg] Animal Theme Gardens -- Need Plant List

Greetings, all--

I'm working with a teacher who's wanting to create a schoolyard garden
filled with plants that have animal names: dogwood, catnip, lambs' ears, for
instance.

Can anyone help me out with a more comprehensive list?
