   What I saw was not that high but If I were to build one it would
definitely be high enough.  You might have to weight the base though or it
would have to be to big to be stable.  The barrel rotated on an axis through
it's sides.  It was much to small for me but on a 1/4 acre lot it might be
enough since it is a quick method to compost.  Just invert the barrel each
time you pass.
