Hello, I just got a note from Mel with thanks to all who have supported him
in his lawsuit with Rodale and asked me to pass this on to you.
Following is what he said:

"Support and advice have come from all around the country.  Thank you all!
Mel & Suzy will be in PA April 10, with 2 great lawyers, for pretrial
depositions from several Rodale people.  This is not really about money, but
about freedom to write and distribute information about Square Foot
Gardening to the world.  Its a HUMANITARIAN CRUSADE!"
