Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
What I don't understand is how you can give some things more water and some
things less(like basil when you are trying to water the garden, Have the
raised beds in and everything planted- but the 1 cup of water per week thing
isn't going to work- they start to look droopy after a couple of days- so Am
going to use soakers(?good?/bad?bear with this newbie please)My herbs are in
my raised beds with my veggies- it almost make sense to have put all the
stuff that needs a lot of water and the stuff that needs lees in different
beds- but then I had a hard enough time just making sure that plants that
hated each other didn't have to live next door to each other and figure out
how to get the ones that got along on the trellis in the right order!> My
basil- maybe I could just put it somewhere else- the plants around itneed
lots of water- How do I keep it dry- Boy I thought I had done my homework
but I feel so dumb- . Am seeding other plants in flats becasue I know I will
lose some things- one melon just disappeared. Got up and walked away it
seems.-Teri
