Dandelions again

   Someone said the wine should be left till fermenting is done in bottles
with a balloon on top to keep air out but allow for expanding gasses.  I
wanted to know if you leave everything in and filter it after it is done.  I
have one gallon sleeping now and am about to start a second with a little
different methods.  None of the recipes I have seen state anything about how
much time e it must be aged, only how long to ferment before bottling.  My
present recipe also, it was said had to much sugar and would take a year
instead of maybe a month.
