I either make my own organic material (semi successful compost pile) or I
buy it from a little place near my house called Woodstuff. This is a very
small operation and they cater to the picky gardener. They know their
products and they can answer questions (unlike the kids who work at the
local k-mart.) I usually pay $25 for a truckload of the stuff (I think it's
1 cubic yard, but they always give me more.) Ask other gardners in your area
to see if you can find such a place near you. Well wishes,
Annie Sargent, in unseasonably warm Utah
