Hi Dan, > Is Sweet 100 the same as Supersweet 100? Not sure about the difference > if any between them... also ran into several references in seed catalogs > saying that sweet million had superceeded sweet 100. Any comments or > ideas on that? I don't know for sure, but I believe both Supersweet 100 and Sweet Million were developed from Sweet 100. Both are superior strains to Sweet 100, Sweet Million being my choice of best after growing all three varieties, having the best yield, flavour and crack resistance. It also has very good disease resistance. Sweet 100 is pretty good too, I happily grew it for many years, so it's hard to go wrong among these three. Have you ever tried Sungold? They're a "tropical fruit" flavoured yellow-orange cherry type, quite unusual tasting. They usually get gobbled up as quite as they ripen around here. :-) ____________________ | | | Bob Carter | Kootenay Bay, BC, Canada | bcarter@awinc.com | Zone 6b |____________________| Everything's back to normal.
