I hadn't noticed Sungold in the local area, will they take the heat well? Around here it gets so hot in the summer that the only things that produce are ones such as heatwave so heat tolerance is a real problem. Somewhere about late June or early July I'll be pulling the old plants and setting out a few Heatwaves for the fall crop, this is my first year with a non-container garden so I'm all ears as far as suggestions go. So far I'm pleased considering my lack of experience. Tomatoes are a foot high and branching, cucumbers look happy and even my green peppers have taken to the transplant. Now the question is if they'll fruit or just be a pretty green patch in my yard ;) *********************************************************************** To usubscribe, send to: listserv@umslvma.umsl.edu the body message: unsubscribe sqft See http://www.umsl.edu/~silvest/garden/sqft.html for FAQ and more info. ************************************************************************
