Yellow leaves on tomato seedlings - advice, please!

The leaves on some of my tomato seedlings are starting to turn yellow.
For reasons unknown to me, leaves are yellow, but the main "veins" in the
leaves are still very green. The yellow started at the outside edges of
the leaves and progressed inwards. The problem is only with 1 kind of
tomato - a Burpee determinate- the other tomatoes planted in the same
cell pack and treated the same way are fine, as are the peppers and other
veggies. In fact, I had 100% germination of all the tomatoes and
peppers, so I didn't expect problems. They are currently getting 18-24
hours of fluorescent light at a distance of 5 inches. They are top
watered with a spray bottle (by my 7 year old) , so they may be getting
too much water, but the other tomatoes are just fine. Advice on treating
the problem would be appreciated. Being in zone 4a, I have another month
before I can set them outside.
Thanks in advance for helping an amateur gardener.
