Trellising Zucchini?

Hello everyone,
I noticed in last month's Organic Gardening magazine that one of the
readers sent in a letter and picture regarding trellising zucchini. The
picture showed yellow squash not zucchini so I didn't actually get to
see a photo of the trellised zucchini. I would love to be able to grow
it up a trellis to save space, so my question is, is it possible to
trellis zucchini in a square foot garden.  If anyone has tried this I
would like to hear about your results.
