If you're waiting that long to harvest your zuchinni, you are missing out.
The best flavor is when they are MUCH smaller. They start to get bitter and
lose their flavor when they get that big. Actually, very best is to harvest
them when they are finger-long with the flower still attached.
Mmmmmm...bread those little suckers just a tad, lightly fry in light oil,
and YUM!
