	As I read it, Catherine wants to do -something- with the bark, but keep
the worms if possible
	Catherine, If you disturb the bark enough the worms will dig down and then
you can remove the bark without removing most of the worms. Only problem is
that you are also removing most of their food! If I were you, and I wanted
to remove the bark, I would move the bark -with- the worms to a location
where they can both do the most good.
	If that is mot possible, try to leave -some- of the bark there for them to
eat...
