Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Hi Kim,
Thyme and oregano are perennials. Thyme is fairly compact low growing
6-10 inches per plant, you could use as a front edge. Oregano is fairly
invasive if left to go to seed, 6-12 inches. Dill depending which
variety is tall and uses lots of space. You might want to companion
plant with carrots. 3' tall, 12-18" spacing. Basil likes to be by
tomatoes, give 12-18" for large leaf. Try queen of siam for a lovely
flower border.
Good growing and cooking
