Spacing for herbs

Does anyone know the sq ft spacings for common herbs?  Mel only mentions
parsley in the book (4 per square) and I couldn't find any of this info
on the sq ft archives.  I'm wanting to plant these today if possible so
help asap would be greatly appreciated!

	Esp. dill, large leaf basil (the kind for pesto), thyme,
	oregano
