Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I don't stake them or cage them. When you buy them you will notice how thick there base stalk is, and most times the base stalk keeps the plant compact. If it grows too big for your space, just pinch back the new growth.
The plants grow about 1 meter tall or less.
Hope you enjoy them,
Sheryl A. McCoy
PS I noticed that you live in Maryland, so I don't know if growers in your area have many drought resistant varieties. I hope they have HEARTLAND.
