Well, of course our favorite is pesto 2 cups packed leaves 3 large cloves garlic tablesppoon of lemon or lime juice' 1/4 cup pine nuts Process the above in food processor or mash well Add: 3/4 cup grated romano and parmesan cheeses 1/3 - 1/2 cup olive oil Serve over paste Or Make PIzza with only mozarella on it.
