Don,

I maybe confused here but "curry" the mildlly hot to hot spice in curry power
is a blend of spices ie; coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, black pepper,
cloves, ginger, red pepper etc.  I think I would do a little more resurch
before I ground it up and used it for a spice.

Who hasn't had much time to much gardening, I'm thankful for a square foot
garden.
