if you see the spider webs or they are really small then they are spider mites They sell spider mites that eat spider mites but I just use lacewings because they eat both aphids and mites. Also if they are aphids you have to control the ants as they heard the aphids and will bring them back. Some time you can stop those ants by diging up the ants house over and over again thus giving the ants something to do (rebuild their home) and they leave the aphids some time long enough for the lady bugs or what ever to eat them.
