Lorrie, I agree with you 100%.  I believe part of having the garden is
knowing what to do with the harvest.

Melissa,
I question the wisdom of forbidding recipes or preservation questions on
this
listserve. Mel included recipes in his Square Foot Gardening book.
Therefore
recipes and preservation should be included on this listserve.
