Okay everybody, we live in zone 7b and have a really long growing season as far as summer goes. We probably won't get our first frost until late october or november. We would like to plant a "winter" garden and wondered what crops would be good to grow besides spinach and lettuce. We use the square foot method so have both trellises and garden squares. For those who also use this method, spacing info. on any good crops would also be appreciated! Thanks!
