I'm just a bit north of you ... oposite side of Wash DC ... and have
grown JA's for several years. Mine have not bloomed yet this year, and I
seem to remember that they bloom later than this.
I suppose that you know that you don't harvest until after a freeze and
that you have to keep an eye on them as they can be quite invasive.
