Peter Kopcinski, plant breeder and wholesale grower of 60 kinds of peppers.
He supplies Parks, Stokes and most of the other seed houses.  His fields are
in Hungary.  He says that's why sometimes Hungarian sweet paprika peppers
aren't!!
