Ah, once again the hornworm strikes. Don't do anything to a live hornworm
covered with those eggs. There is a parasitic wasp that is a natural
predator of the hornworm, and those are the eggs of the wasp. Not killing
them will ensure a future supply of the wasps for your garden, and thus
fewer hornworms.
