Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I am just wondering if this problem is my imagination, or
if others have experienced this as well, and if so, what can
be done. It seems like every time I plant beet seeds, they
sprout nicely, then over a short period of time, little by
little, the plants disappear. I have a large dog that we
got over the summer, and realized that he was getting into
the gardens, so now I'm in the process of making a new garden
area surrounded by fences. So now I have some fencing around
the gardens, so whatever is getting in, has to go through the
fences. I had this problem last year as well. This year I also
bought golden beets, and I've used alot of the package up
already. Whatever is eating the beets doesn't care if they
are golden or red. Or could it be another problem that is
making the beets disappear? Any help will be appreciated.
