SqFt Strawberry Growing

I would like to grow strawberries using the SqFt method. Does anyone have 
some advice on this? I'd probably plant the day-neutral variety here in 
northern MI. My concern though is if a 4' x 4' SqFt section would be 
productive. I'm wondering if the row method in traditional gardening is a 
better choice. Any info or resources on SqFt strawberry planting would be 
deeply appreciated.
